International Passport
The Nigerian e-passport is issued by NIS entirely through an online portal. A valid NIN is compulsory, and biometric capture happens in person after you pay online.
Driver's Licence
A new driver's licence requires accredited driving-school training first, then an online application, payment, and biometric capture at an FRSC Drivers Licence Centre (DLC).
Vehicle Registration & Plate Number

Birth Certificate
Birth registration is free within the first 60 days at designated centres; a formal birth certificate can also be obtained later for older children and adults who need one for school, passport or NIN purposes.
Land Title & Certificate of Occupancy
Formalising land ownership in Nigeria usually means getting a Governor's Consent and a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) from your state's Lands Bureau, or perfecting an existing title after purchase.
Business Premises & Operating Permits
Shops, offices, factories and other business premises typically need a state or local government operating permit, on top of CAC registration, before opening to the public.
Tertiary School Admission (JAMB/UTME)
Admission into Nigerian universities, polytechnics and colleges of education starts with the JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), followed by institution-specific post-UTME screening.
